What I Do

I started a web agency back in 2004 and spent the next decade specializing in WordPress. I built hundreds of websites and data-heavy backend systems for companies of every size.

What I'm actually good at is finding the simple version of a complicated system and explaining it in a way that helps a business owner make a decision. Because I've run my own companies for years, I fill in gaps that clients don't even think to ask about.

Most small businesses get stuck. The cheap options are hacky spreadsheets duct-taped to built-in reports. The serious options cost six or seven figures and take 18 months to implement. There's a huge space in between with almost nothing built for it.

That's the gap I'm trying to close with BlinkMetrics. Real business intelligence for growing companies, delivered in weeks instead of 18 months, so it starts earning its keep before it becomes a distraction.

I started building BlinkMetrics in 2022 after seeing the same pattern at company after company. Data spread across a dozen SaaS tools. Somebody on the team stuck pulling CSVs into spreadsheets every week. Decisions getting made on numbers that were already stale.

Everyone's running their business on the same handful of tools (QuickBooks for finances, HubSpot or Salesforce for CRM, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads for marketing, Asana for projects, Help Scout for support). The data is all there. Nobody's connecting it.
